This workshop will provide a safe non-judgemental space to develop the joy of offering feedback and the art of receiving it. The focus of the workshop will be on human skills, the neuroscience and cognitive underpinning of feedback, through playful experimentation.
It will offer a space for the participants to reflect and inquire into their approach and the impact that can have on others both positive and negative. It will provide simple strategies to enable feedback which brings clarity and kindness for more harmonious way of collaborating and communicating.
