This method allows for maximum and equal individual contribution and thus leads to true joint understandings of any kind of topic. All this, while allowing for plenty of laughter.

Once the challenges will have been framed clearly, tools from the classic Design Sprint 2.0 will help the team generate ideas on how to solve these in the future and derive ways how their ideal, future collaboration will look like. Getting done with a concrete action plan for the next days, weeks, and months to come that everyone can commit to.
