Profilizer Professional Accreditation

This training is for HR professionals, coaches and consultants who want to use the Profilizer measurement tool to increase their effectiveness in recruiting, onboarding, developing and coaching people and teams.
This intensive 1.5 day training is delivered by L&D Support professionals ideally offline. However, it can be adapted to be delivered in 4 shorter online sessions if required.
Participants learn how to interpret the individual reports of the Profilizer Suite so that they can use them with candidates and employees along the employee lifecycle.
All participants complete their own measurement and receive their Profilizer Development Report as part of the training.
Participants also receive a comprehensive training guide and support from L&D accredited professionals in the first few months of using it in real life.

2 years AgoWhat a great measuring instrument the Profilizer is! In February 2022 I followed the Accreditation training to be able to work professionally with the Profilizer. I am impressed by the possibilities of this measuring instrument. In my work I can apply this in different areas: Reflection, Career Coaching, Team Development, Recruitment & Selection. Especially the Resilience & Growth report gives me a lot of tools to work with my coachees.
The training was given by George van Ederen in a very enthusiastic and professional manner. A clear translation was always made from the various reports to daily practice in working with professionals. This has given me a lot of tools to immediately get started with the Profilizer!
