Powerpoint Karaoke
Provided by Réginald Bien-Aimé
PowerPoint Karaoke (also called PowerPoint roulette or battle-decks) is an improvisation game where a person presents a slideshow to an audience without knowing the contents of the slides. It’s an event format, straight from Germany, around the theme of “pitching”.
Both the topic of the presentation and images flowing on the screen are fun and random. The format is also an interactive activity where the public can not only submit topics to link to the presentations but also vote for the best, funniest, most crazy “pitcher”.
The activity could be used for an icebreaker for any team. Especially great for teams who are working on innovation, engineering, or heavy on operations. You will be surprised by your colleagues’ imagination and new-found other skills.
The activity ideal for laid-back team-building activities or an organisation looking for a fun way to tackle the challenge of public speaking.
