Have you been promoted to Team Lead and are now wondering what to expect?
The Mindmade Leader Program will support you on your journey and provide you with the right skillset and mindset for a successful start in your role as a Team Lead. Benefit from the latest research in leadership, neuroscience and new work.
The program consists of 8 virtual sessions (2.5 hours) taking place Friday morning CET over a period of 10 weeks. We will meet on Zoom and have regular peer learning sessions. To get the most out of the program you will be offered two 45 minute 1:1 coaching sessions with the trainer.

Personality – you will get your own personality profile and learn how to deal with different personalities on your team – diversity matters!
Module 3
Communication and Feedback
In your role – it is all about having conversations!
Module 4
Psychological Safety – without it – it will be difficult. Learn how to build trust and apply certain techniques immediately.
Module 5
Coaching – Learn and apply the skills in order to coach your team members.
Module 6
Decision Making – do you trust your gut? Are you asking people around you? Do you make decisions on your own? Become more deliberate and make good decisions.
Everything tools and templates. What about AI and Remote? Learn about different tools to make NEW WORK work.
How do we all put together – we are creating actions plans so you will be set up for success.
