LSP has a wide range of applications. However, it is particularly powerful in the following three areas: – Team Building – Innovation – Strategy.
The LSP process is designed to increase empathy and understanding between participants, foster collaboration, and create a safe environment to tackle thorny issues. This makes it perfect for resolving team conflicts, product innovation, and developing and aligning on strategy.
