- How to build a strong & algined leadership team for growth
- Each leadership team is different and needs different support, hence we create the content of our workshops based on your briefing. We start with connecting and building trust, so the team can constructively conflict to find the best solutions. Afterwards the team decides which topics are most pressing to get solved. Here are a few examples: - Improve communication and/or collaboration within the team - Align on mission and growth strategy for the next 3-5 years - Define the joint team requirements to deliver the strategy - Illuminate the leadership team’s blind spots - Redefine or reinforce the chosen culture & how to make it stick
