My innovation workshop is providing the framework that can be applied in the day-to-day of your organization, ensuring a sense of ownership of your company’s challenges. Might be in processes, productivity, and even in working together.

We don’t need to be “Einstein”. An idea is worth exploring.

We will cover some basics and delve into how to apply these in your day to day.

Agile/ Design thinking / Validation process/ idea generation and business model canvas are the topics.

After the workshop, participants will demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking, will know how to articulate their improvement suggestions to senior stakeholders, and learn how to pitch.
