What do we need to feel connected? What are you listening to? How can we comfortably expand beyond our comfort zone? And what constraints can actually free us?
It’s all about listening, speaking and moving with intention and in these sessions we will experience many of the Inner Development Goals first-hand in a very tangible way.
Each session is 1.5 hours and can be taken as part of a series or separately.
