- What to expect
- On the basis of the Hybrid Team Canvas designed by Gustavo Razzetti, we will support your team in a workshop on their best ways of collaborating in a hybrid work environment. By the end of the workshop, the team has an aligned plan that gives clarity on the basic pillars of team collaboration (such as purpose, priorities, decision making, etc. ) when moving into a hybrid work environment.
