EmployAgility: What is it and what does it have to do with me?

In this webinar participants discover why lifelong employability is something we should all be doing something about. I share my research findings into what it takes to remain employable for longer and introduce the EmployAgility framework as a way to self-reflect and take action – one small step at a time. The webinar is best when it is 90 minutes long – but on request I can shorten it to 60 minutes and I’ve even done it once in 45 minutes!

The webinar (also available in offline format) is aimed at everyone who is looking for inspiration and a nudge towards increasing their personal agility. The goal is to provide a starting point and structure for building the confidence that, whatever the future brings, you have what it takes to flexibly adapt to the changing circumstances  – and thrive.

Du hast der Gruppe fundiert und mit viel Begeisterung aufgezeigt, wie jeder seine Laufbahngestaltungsagilität entdecken und weiter entwickeln kann, welche Massnahmen greifen und welche Anreize wichtig sind, um auch erfolgreich in Bewegung zu bleiben.
