Creative Problem Solving Workshop
Provided by Jonathan Bannister
A creative problem solving workshop will explore what creativity is, how we can all boost our creativity and how to approach problems to come up with innovative solutions. It will explain the different stages of problem solving, including the importance of defining the problem itself. It will also discuss what type of thinking that needs to be used in each. After completing this workshop, teams will have a clear method of approaching problems and the manner in which to solve them to help them tackle challenges they will meet at work. Participants will also be introduced to a six-minute creative problem-solving process, developed by Sid Parnes, as a guide to help you face a problem.
Please note that this workshop is only available on working weekdays at the price below.
