What does a “successful career” look like in the 21st century and what needs to change for you to have one? This workshop is designed for professionals who want to know what it takes to increase their career agility in a way that positively impacts their lives now and well into the future.
This workshop is part of the “Let’s build agility” skills-building workshops for professional and includes an exclusive offer (see “what to expect” below)
In a 1/2 day workshop offline (or 2 x 2,5 hours virtually) participants will experience interactive learning with peers in a safe, low stress, fun environment.
Together we will:
– Understand the changing context of careers and how current definitions of success can hold us back
– Explore ways to increase your ability to stay in the driving seat of your career
– Discover what you can do to ensure you have the competencies you need to succeed in future
– Build your own career agility by practicing strategies and techniques
