What does it mean to bring your best?
When we bring our best, we find the resources to feel confident, motivated, and effective. There is a sense of calm. We might feel at ease and able to achieve anything. But none of us can bring our best all the time. The everyday stress, pressure, and being pulled into too much detail and all the possible triggers of daily lives can have an impact on us.
And what has an impact on us, inevitably impacts our relationships, and the way we perform, communicate, and lead. How we are, affects others – it’s contagious (attitude, behaviour, and impact). So where do we put our attention and how do we choose our attitude.
How do we bring our best to work and every day life?
In this workshop, we will dive into the concept of the “I-WE-IT” model.
I – individual, self-knowledge;
WE – the team, the relationships;
and IT – systems, tasks, work, and how to use it to our advantage.

- What to expect
- This workshop can be delivered as an intro session in half a day or as a deep dive session in a full day.
The content is focused on getting the team to work on what it means to bring their best as individuals and as a team.
To achieve that, we work with a lot of group discussions, exercises and we put emphasis on building trust so we everyone can bring their best to the workshop too.
