To start using our online marketplace for booking most amazing team events you need to sign-up . To do it you need to click “SIGN-UP” button in top right corner on the home page. Pop-up window will appear where you will be requested to provide some basic information about yourself. Once you complete all required fields click “SIGN-IN” button and you will be taken straight to your bookings dashboard.
You are now able to contact and reserve all of the available offers on WeWent.com
Once you are logged in, search for the expert you are looking for by using filters on the search. Once you find the expert or workshop/ program you are looking for you can simply click on “contact me” button of that Expert.
Once you agree on the details of a service with an Expert on the platform, please discuss the payment options with them.
Workplace Experts provides credit card or bank payment in case it is necessary and can help out for a payment process between the Booker and an Expert.
We have always a new joining expert or a new workshop or session listed by our experts as they are measuring the pulse of the workplace needs daily and responding to those needs. On our search page, you can search by category and/or objectives to see how many Experts are listed today per niche. You can also search by keywords.

After years of experience hearing what cannot be done and internal struggles from Workplace Experts clients we brought together business leaders, startup entrepreneurs, academics, NGOs, and government workers under one platform to use collective brain and simple “give and receive” rules to work towards simple solutions.

If you have successfully completed the booking over our page you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your booking. You can also find it under your dashboard under “Events booked by me” section. By clicking on “View Confirmation” on the right you can review all the details of your upcoming event.
If you like to get in touch with a provider to clarify any further details related to upcoming event please feel free to use our platform to do so. We strongly encourage you to manage all of the communication related to booking and event organization process through our platform.

Workshop can also stand for programs and you can describe there the elements of your offering.
We do not advertise date specific workshops, but rather present the offer you can deliver. This is not an Eventbrite / event booking platform.
The aim is to showcase your “products”. The client typically comes with a request for a one off or series of workshops and typically you tailor the offer specifically to the clients needs.
- No, we cannot guarantee sales. We guarantee eyeballs, a team to work with and upgrade your marketing efforts for a minimum investment. Our aim is to create leads who are looking for you and your services. Your content -with our help- should bring the lead and you will close the sales. From years of experience we learned that the best salesperson of the services is the person who is serving them.
- Additionally we curate learning days and weeks for some of our clients, in this case we get in touch with experts who can serve the brief. We also post them in our community channel “gigs and jobs”.
- We also include you to the Shake up the Workplace community where you can directly be in touch with the business changemakers.
The platform is designed to make your profiles stand out for L&D needs and connect to your other channels available.
The interested business parties can contact you through the platform, send you a reservation request. Or they can contact you through your given contact details on the platform such as your LinkedIn page, website or phone number. Any agreement and transactions are expected to happen between the Expert and the interested parties directly.
By being on the platform you are also in our database for the projects run by the Workplace Experts team for the organizations (such as curated learning weeks) in those cases the contracts are held between Nakama GmbH and the organizations and Nakama GmbH and the Experts involved.
We pride ourselves in working with people who understand the business. Our experts should have at least 3 years of experience in the domain of facilitation, coaching or training and ideally at least 2 years of working in a business environment.
The clients get in touch directly with you on your profile or via your contact details/links that are shared on your profile. For the projects that Workplace Experts leads for some organizations we share it on our online community channel “gigs and jobs” and everyone has an equal chance to respond.

We cannot report an official the number of the leads. Because our system is built on making Experts profile as accessible as possible, meaning the contact details of the expert is openly shared on our profile pages and on social media.
Interested parties might contact you after several touch points. For example, a client can read your article on one of channels or finds you on our platform, the can check your Workplace Experts profile, then go to your Linkedin profile and starts to follow you. And maybe a few months after s/he will contact you directly.
Our job is to increase these touch points and increase clients find you easily for your talent. Having said that our estimation shows our experts get 3-5 leads directly and indirectly through Workplace Experts in a year.

As of 2022, Workplace Experts is clearly focusing on growing their Experts to support them to push much-needed development of future skills in the workplaces. How do we do it?
- Workplace Experts is providing industry education, marketing support, and collaboration opportunities with business to its Experts so they can focus on delivering their main work.
- The platform is designed to showcase Expert talent and users are free to check Expert work out of the platform and contact directly.
- As the platform allows to carry a discussion out of the platform, there are also no more transactions over Workplace Experts.
- There is no more commission fee for direct or indirect bookings that is led by the platform visits.
- Experts can get their payment back by introducing new Expert members. Each new member gives back 30% of the annual membership fee to the referenced member.
We do not sell sales but eyeballs and we are opening potential clients to contact our experts how they want it to happen.
The results of our marketing support are thousands of new eyeballs on your offers and your strong talent that is acknowledged by a trusted platform. Your value-added content delivered by us is published on our channels such as blogs, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and newsletter.

In case a booker does not show up without any further notice, the event will be considered as completed and standard procedure for payout will apply. Booker will be fully charged for an event, Provider receives a full payout like for a completed event.
If a booker cancels the event last minute standard cancellation policies will apply. Further details on available cancellation policies including “Partial Cancellation”, “Extraordinary Cancellation” and “Exclusion from Participation” cases are available under Cancellation Policies section on our site.
In case of event cancellation standard rules based on the cancellation policies will apply. Depending on the policy and time when the event was canceled, Booker will be granted full, partial or no refund. In case of partial and no refund scenario provider receives payout minus standard commission fee for WeWent.
More details about available cancellation policies are here. We strongly recommend carefully reading through all possible options and considering all costs you will have to cover in case an event is canceled before you choose cancellation policy for the event you want to list.
It is up to the value of your offers. We have offers around 100 EUR per hour to 10.000 EUR per day.
A typical transaction between an expert and an organization who receives the services is around a few thousand EURs.

For jobs directly provided by the Workplace Experts team, Workplace Experts will release money for an event in no more than 4 week after the event took place. At the moment all our payments are manual so we want to ensure all of the transactions are correct. We will do our best to speed-up the payment process.
While you can opt in to pay monthly for the Network memberships, we recommend you to stay minimum for a year to get results. We encourage you to subscribe for the annual payment as you will get two months for free. If you wish to pay monthly please get in touch with us via our contact us page.
