I'm Thomas, a master facilitator, human-centered process consultant, disruption management expert, and author.

Over the past two decades, I've honed my expertise in crisis management, working in 30 countries and leading crisis teams in conflict and disaster situations. I've tackled some of the most complex emergencies of our time.

With my clients, I work at the intersection of human behavior, social dynamics, and transformation, helping companies, leaders, and change managers navigate uncertainty in today’s changing landscapes to create excellent results, become more resilient, and think differently.

As a Master Facilitator with global experience, my core expertise lies in designing human-centric processes and learning environments that empower and educate. My clients especially value my diverse cultural intelligence and ability to captivate audiences with my intentionally unconventional learning approaches.

I am a non-linear thinker and a modern change agent, teaching core human skills like decision-making techniques, enhancing problem-solving capabilities, unlocking professional potential, and accelerating business and personal growth.
