Als ich das Career Coaching bei Frau Richter angefangen hatte, fehlte es mir komplett an Selbstvertrauen in meine Fähigkeiten, obwohl ich bis dato eine erfolgreiche Karriere hatte. Der Grund dafür war ein schwieriges Jahr 2021, persönlich und professionell, was zu dieser Ausgangslage geführt hatte. Mein Ziel für mich für das Coaching war, mein Selbstvertrauen und Selbstbewusstsein wieder aufzubauen und mich für Job Interviews vorzubereiten, so dass ich wieder ein starkes Auftreten zeigen kann. Ich hätte am Anhang nie gedacht, dass ich mich nach 6 Sitzungen so anders fühlen würde - es war eine komplette Kehrtwende für mich. Über die Zeit unserer Sitzungen hatte ich einige Interviews und konnte an mir selbst fast täglich beobachten, wie mein Selbstbewusstsein zurück kam, denn ich hatte es ja und musste es nur wieder entdecken. Und dabei hat mir Frau Richter geholfen - mich selbst besser zu verstehen, mich an Erfolge und motivierende Momente zu erinnern und mich auf Interviews vorzubereiten, dass ich mit dem richtigen State of Mind starte - voller Motivation und Freude. Und als Highlight für mich habe ich fast zeitgleich mit dem Ende unseres Coaching meinen Traumjob bekommen! Vielen Dank Frau Richter, dass Sie mich in dieser Phase begleitet und mir geholfen haben!

After 27 years working for a multi-national company and at 57, I was made redundant. A real shock to my system and my self esteem was its lowest. You are told by everyone, that it will be ok, but in my mind reality was, 57 and nobody will want you ! - Living in Switzerland, I didn't speak German, I had moved for the company, which gave me may questions. Will I have to move to get work? How can I afford our rent, living expenses, kids.? At this time in my life it made me do all the wrong things: no work or structure in the day means, you eat the wrong things, you drink too much, you stay up too late, and your personal relationships suffer! I was assigned to an out-placement support, which personally I dreaded the thought: how to write a CV, prepare me for the future!, what future?, in my opinion the company just doing it’s legal requirement. Tessa not only understood where I was at in terms of my business and life, she taught me tools tailored for me and my personality. These tools captured my ideas, values and potential direction. Normally these are hidden within ourselves, as we follow a direction dictated by our work/family . It is not a quick fix, but to bring these inner thoughts out and into options, makes you consider your worth and potential. Without being pushy she nudged me to understand my potential and take responsibility for my life, what I really wanted to do, created options for work, both in corporate and in my personnel life. This included plans on how to achieve my goals and gave me the confidence to try it. Confidence in yourself brings a light, that others see in you !. Before meeting Tessa, my future scared me; I would hide and live in denial, instead of facing things head on. Now, with a powerful strategy, thanks to her, I felt confident and even excited about my future. I reflect on this time now as a learning. In difficult times you need help to understand a direction, something which enables you to feel confident in your approach. I along with my wife have set up our own company in Switzerland and started our own Holiday Rental Accommodation, run as a separate businesses, and are both these are on track to a bright future. Ich hätte bis vor kurzem nicht im Traum daran geglaubt, dass mir bei meinem Alter und meiner Ihnen bekannten Ausgangslage ein derartiger Karriereschritt vergönnt sein würde. Ich bin natürlich unbeschreiblich glücklich und freue mich auf diese neue Herausforderung. I was very close to a burnout due to pressure with my business. I had no strength left to keep going. I listened to your motivational CD every evening, even during my holidays in Egypt. At the end of these holidays I found the strength and motivation to get up and do something about my situation. I'm convinced your CD supported me in finding my way forward and in having the courage to take the necessary steps. Your voice is very pleasant, the music flows softly, ideal for meditating.
