As an accomplished transformation catalyst and workshop facilitator, I excel in guiding teams and organizations on their path to sustainable transformation, placing a strong emphasis on collaboration and leadership. My journey in training and facilitation began in 2010 with euforia. Upon graduating from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), I was resolved to infuse the business landscape with social innovation. I achieved this by crafting brave spaces that foster collaboration among diverse groups of individuals who wouldn't ordinarily connect. Together, we dream, innovate, and co-create to achieve sustainable solutions that trigger systemic change.

Equipped with a MA degree in International Affairs, I am recognized for my innovative spirit, zest for life, patience, and unique sense of humour. In addition to my achievements, I am a lecturer at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), the Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich (HWZ) and the Hochschule Luzern (HSLU).

My innovative facilitation methods, including Radical Collaboration, Theory U, Art of Hosting, and dialogues, pave the way for successful transformations. I take pride in creating frameworks that let organizations and individuals co-create and embark on the journey of sustainable change together.
