Rob gave last Wednesday a presentation at the University of Groningen about Continuous Improvement & Monitoring.
In an interactive and inspiring way, Rob has taken us into the development of the Financial Shared Service Center at Leiden University and the developments that are currently underway in Finance.
It is fantastic to see how Rob has developed a vision and, above all, has been able to implement it with the help of his team. Step by step.
It has given us a lot of food for thought for the developments that we are facing in the areas of organization, systems, processes, but especially in the area of people and the associated changing competences and skills.
With the help of this presentation we will hopefully soon be able to start a "Proeftuintje" with Continuous Monitoring and then of course: Continuous Improvement.

Our paths have crossed many times the last couple of years.
