I’m an experienced HR Manager having worked extensively in this sector for more than fifteen years implementing people management best practices in Italy and Europe.
Throughout my career, facilitating behavioral changes has always been one of my favorite challenges .I firmly believe that each person is unique and has some potential that can be evolved as long as  provided with  individual-centered programmes  with a strong emphasis on learning by doing .
Since I started freelancing I have designed and delivered (online-live) training sessions enabling people to build inner capacity for reflection, change, and self-renewal.
As a professional coach (PCC-ICF with 1,300 coaching hours ) I have the privilege to coach highly skilled leaders and their teams helping them achieve long-lasting behavioural changes.
As an indipendent contractor I’ve been lucky enough to work for a diverse range of industries and corporations supporting individuals who are non-managers up to senior executives.
