Katrin Grunwald

As a consultant for team and organisational development and founder of The Globe Team, Katrin Grunwald accompanies clients in team development activities, coaching of first-time leaders and in the facilitation of virtual workshops.

Through her many years of experience in leadership development at Airbus Leadership University, as well as work experience on three continents in her working languages German, English, Spanish, French and Dutch, Katrin is very experienced especially in accompanying international clients.

After studying psychology and gaining a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at the London School of Economics, Katrin completed numerous certified further training courses in NLP, Systemic Leadership and Systemic Organisational Development.

Since 2019, Katrin is the host of her own podcast Destination Leadership where she interviews inspiring leaders from all fields of life about their leadership journey. Since 2020, Katrin also hosts the podcast Startup Stereo for German Accelerator where she interviews start-up founders.

Her clients include start-ups, governmental organisations as well as large corporates.

Clients appreciate her quick grasp of team dynamics processes and her lively facilitation, especially in a virtual context.

In her free time, Katrin is a big fan of hiking in the Alps south of her home in Munich, Germany.
