Leveraging my 15-year corporate experience from global companies such as Accenture, Kraft Foods, and Mondelez, I implement projects and design solutions addressing people management and business transformation. With this blend of internal corporate experience and external expert perspectives, I can facilitate your alignment process to ensure seamless transition during change - the only constant in life.

Seven years ago, I chose to follow my passion for workplace relationship systems. Since then, I've been supporting growth and transformation initiatives in teams and organisations by delivering alignment process facilitation. I've undergone high-quality systems-inspired training programs such as Organizational Systems Relationship Coaching (CRR UK) and Transformational Presence (Center for Transformational Presence), and these have equipped me to design solutions that increase alignment within teams, enhancing their approach to work.

As an Alignment Process Facilitator, I offer workshops that focus on team building (restructuring, retention, growth), alignment (direction, ways of working and roles), change facilitation (new leader assimilation, new strategy/goals), team energy management (conflicts, low morale, motivation dip), and communication (silos, hybrid, online).
