I'm a computer engineer with telecommunications and SaaS product development experience. I have worked in a big telecommunications company and also a small startup, so both the corporate and startup worlds are familiar to me.
During my working years in the telecommunications area, I worked as an engineer and project manager and later for the startup, I worked in product and business operations.
Product operations: Helping define and implement the product roadmap while defining the scope for the product development process, including the data management and data governance model.
Business operations: Defining and documenting the management processes and IT operational model.
IT operations: Defining the cybersecurity strategy based on the CIS controls within the NIST framework.
