I’m an online facilitator who loves helping teams to innovate and thrive with engaging and productive workshops.

Back when I lead an agency innovation team, I observed in horror that our remote workshops were often tedious and ineffective (while our in-person sessions were more efficient and relationship-building). Years later, in our first lockdown, everyone had to make the sudden shift to remote work and I observed the following occur on a global level:

🚫 Lack of sustained engagement in remote client relationships was leading to missed opportunities
📉 Coordination and project management difficulties online was leading to reduced team efficiencies
😩 Endless boring Zoom/Teams calls were causing communication breakdown and relationship damage
💥 Failure of technical infrastructure and online tools was leading to lower quality team outputs
⏳ Virtual workplace constraints were leading to slower decision-making, despite tech interventions
💔 Awkward remote calls were causing internal, external and client trust erosion

Working from a dedicated online workshopping studio based in Cape Town, South Africa, I host workshops with people all over the globe to solve these challenges. The approach I use merges Design Thinking principles with Google Ventures' Sprint methodology, while factoring in the psychology of online communication. When it sitting behind a computer gets a bit too much, I have a enormous privilege of living on the slopes of Table Mountain, where I can indulge in my love of hiking and nature photography.
