Whether in Design Sprint, with OKR, Liberating Structures or with Lego® Serious Play® - facilitating teams to think together, to come up with new insights, a shared understanding or a new plan is a fascinating performance driver in our increasingly complex (working) world.

After years in corporate (leadership) roles, I now work as a facilitator, strategist, lecturer, and communications consultant - with a very diverse portfolio of projects and clients: From start-up to corporate.

However, all my projects always have two things in common: they actively drive positive change, and they only work when the collective intelligence of the team is harnessed.

Experienced in business strategy, facilitation, digital marketing, corporate development, and leveraging the power of education to create change.

I graduated from the University of St. Gallen (MA HSG) and the Swiss School of Journalism (MAZ, Lucerne) with an additional professional degree in Business Education from the University of St. Gallen. But more importantly, I am an enthusiast for learning new things every day - formally and not so formally.
