I enjoy delivering, designing, and finding purposeful team & group events and workshops to facilitate change and create high-performing and engaged teams.

I work with all sizes of teams and groups from 5 to 700 attendees. I had a chance to work with both the fortune 500 companies as well as startups and SMEs.

I most often work with leadership teams, HR teams and people managers. I have also designed and delivered region-wide employee learning events.

In 2020 I certified myself in Agile and in 2021 became an HR Associate, Lead Trainer, Senior Agile HR Consultant and Coach for the Agile HR Community.
